By creating an account, purchasing or using credits, installing or interacting with the AI chat or FAQ widgets, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AiFaqChat.com is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that allows you to embed AI-powered chat and FAQ assistants on your websites, automatically train those assistants based on your website content, and manage multiple websites and knowledge sources within a single account.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use AiFaqChat.com.
We may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective once published on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between AiFaqChat.com (operated by Pe Kindratiuk Oleh) and the end user ("you").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Service" — the AiFaqChat.com platform, an online software service that provides tools for embedding AI chat and FAQ assistants on websites, training AI models using website content, and managing multiple sites and content sources.
- "User" — any individual or entity that accesses, registers, or uses the Service.
- "Account" — a personal profile created by the User to access and manage the Service.
- "Widget" — any AI chat or FAQ component provided by the Service for embedding on the User’s website through an embed script.
- "AI Assistant" — the intelligent system trained using User-provided or automatically collected website content, responsible for generating responses within Widgets.
- "Website Content Scanning" — the automated retrieval and analysis of publicly accessible pages of the User’s website in order to train or update the AI Assistant.
- "Training" — the process of processing, indexing, or updating information for AI model usage.
- "Credits" — prepaid funds deposited by the User and consumed by the Service as payment for AI usage, including Training, Widget interactions, and other AI operations. Credits can be purchased via Bitcoin (BTC), Paddle, FastSpring, or other supported payment providers.
- "BTC Payments" — payments made in Bitcoin (BTC). Such payments are non-refundable.
- "Supported Payment Providers" — platforms used to purchase Credits, such as Paddle, FastSpring, and others supported by the Service.
- "Payments" — any payment transaction conducted via Supported Payment Providers, including BTC Payments.
- "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to AiFaqChat.com, the provider of the Service.
- "You", "Your" — refers to the User accessing or using the Service.
3. Eligibility
By using AiFaqChat.com, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement with AiFaqChat.com.
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- You will not use the Service to embed Widgets on websites you do not own or do not have authorization to manage.
- You will not use the Service to train the AI Assistant on content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, copyrighted without permission, or otherwise in violation of third-party rights.
- You understand and agree that any misuse of the Service may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you must not register for or use the Service.
4. Description of Service
AiFaqChat.com is a SaaS platform that enables Users to embed and manage AI-powered chat and FAQ widgets on their websites. The Service provides tools for:
- Embedding an interactive AI Chat Widget on websites through a script snippet
- Embedding a FAQ Widget that displays AI-generated answers directly on pages
- Automatically scanning publicly accessible website pages to collect content for training
- Manually adding or editing text-based knowledge sources for AI training
- Training and updating an AI Assistant to respond to visitors with domain-specific knowledge
- Managing multiple websites and knowledge sources from a single account
While AiFaqChat.com aims to provide accurate, reliable, and safe AI responses, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate answers due to the nature of AI models.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other operational constraints.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, 100% accuracy of AI responses, or availability of trained content.
- All AI features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
Credits are consumed based on AI usage, including website scanning, model training, and Widget responses. You are responsible for ensuring that your Account maintains a sufficient credit balance to continue using the Service.
By using the Service, you agree that AiFaqChat.com shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or from any inaccuracies in AI-generated information.
5. Account Registration & Security
To access and use certain features of AiFaqChat.com, you must create an account (“Account”). By registering, you agree to:
- Provide a valid and accurate email address during registration and keep it up to date.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Immediately notify us by submitting a ticket via our support system: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
- Understand that we are not responsible for any loss of Credits, website data, AI training content, or other information due to compromised accounts caused by weak passwords or user negligence.
AiFaqChat.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time if we suspect unauthorized activity, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
6. Payments & Pricing
AiFaqChat.com uses a Credit-based system to pay for AI usage. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.
6.1. Credit Payments
Credits allow you to prepay for AI usage within the Service and are automatically deducted for:
- Website content scanning for training the AI Assistant
- Training or updating the AI Assistant
- Chat Widget AI responses
- FAQ Widget AI responses
The current rates for credit consumption are displayed in your dashboard and may vary depending on AI usage.
- Credits can be purchased via Bitcoin (BTC) or supported payment providers such as Paddle or FastSpring.
- Unused Credits remain in your account until consumed or until your account is deleted.

Refunds:
- Bitcoin (BTC) Payments: non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Credits purchased via supported payment providers: refundable only before any Credits are used. Once Credits are consumed, no refunds will be provided.
6.2. General Payment Terms
- By making any payment, you authorize AiFaqChat.com and its supported payment providers to process the transaction.
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated in this document or required by applicable law.
- AiFaqChat.com reserves the right to change credit prices at any time. Any price changes will be effective upon publication on the website and will not affect payments already completed.
7. Refund Policy
AiFaqChat.com aims to provide a clear and transparent refund policy. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
7.1. Bitcoin (BTC) Payments
- All payments made via Bitcoin (BTC) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect wallet addresses, payment errors, unused Credits, or any other reason.
- By choosing BTC as your payment method, you accept the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
7.2. Credit Payments (via supported payment providers)
- Credits purchased via supported payment providers (e.g., Paddle, FastSpring) are refundable only if unused.
- Refund requests for unused Credits must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by submitting a ticket via our support system: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com
- Once Credits have been used for AI training, scanning, or widget responses, they are considered consumed and are not eligible for a refund.
7.3. General Refund Terms
- All payments via supported payment providers are subject to the respective provider’s terms, including any applicable refund policies.
- Paddle-specific: Paddle payments may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support system: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com and will be reviewed individually.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or violations of these Terms.
Note: While the general Terms cover all supported payment providers, Paddle-specific rules (including the 14-day refund policy) apply as described above.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a manner that may harm AiFaqChat.com or other users.
You may request to close your account at any time by submitting a ticket via our support system: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com.
Upon account termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked, and all related data, including AI training content, widget configurations, and account information, may be permanently deleted. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Please note that termination of your account does not entitle you to any refunds, including unused Credits.
9. Service Availability & Maintenance
AiFaqChat.com strives to provide continuous and reliable AI services, including chat and FAQ widgets; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. You acknowledge and agree that temporary downtime may occur due to various reasons, including, but not limited to:
- Scheduled system maintenance and software updates;
- Unexpected technical issues, server failures, or hardware malfunctions;
- Network outages, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond our control;
- Security upgrades or emergency fixes required to protect the Service and its users.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance whenever possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, AI training content loss, or other consequences resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Data Collection & Privacy
AiFaqChat.com respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and processing of certain information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our AI chat and FAQ widgets.
10.1. Data We Collect
- Account Information: Email address, username, and authentication details.
- Billing Data: Payment history and Credits purchased.
- Service Usage Data: Websites scanned, content provided for AI training, chat and FAQ widget interactions, and related AI configurations.
- Technical Data: Logs, error reports, and performance statistics for troubleshooting and optimization.
10.2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving AI chat and FAQ widgets;
- Processing payments and managing Credits;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- Improving service stability, accuracy of AI responses, and user experience.
10.3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data may only be shared when strictly required to:
- Process payments securely via third-party providers (e.g., supported payment providers, BTC gateways);
- Comply with legal obligations, regulatory requests, or law enforcement requirements;
- Ensure proper operation, security, and accuracy of the Service.
10.4. Data Retention & Removal
We retain your account and AI training data for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to request account deletion or removal of your data, please submit a ticket via: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
11. Security & User Responsibilities
AiFaqChat.com implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, AI training content, chat and FAQ widget configurations, and account information. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting data over the Internet.
11.1. Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
- You agree to use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
- You must not share your login details with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not they were authorized by you.
11.2. Unauthorized Access & Security Breaches
If you suspect any unauthorized access, data breach, or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify us immediately by submitting a support request via: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com.
11.3. No Liability for Compromised Accounts
AiFaqChat.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, credential sharing, or user negligence. You understand and agree that ensuring the security of your account, AI training data, and widget configurations is your sole responsibility.
12. Limitation of Liability & “As Is” Disclaimer
The AiFaqChat.com Service, including AI chat and FAQ widgets, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
12.1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
While AiFaqChat.com strives to provide accurate AI responses and reliable widget functionality, we do not guarantee that the outputs, training results, or suggestions provided by the Service are free of errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You acknowledge that AI responses may be influenced by external content, incomplete training data, or technical limitations.
12.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiFaqChat.com, its developers, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:
- Use or inability to use the Service, including AI chat or FAQ widgets;
- Decisions or actions based on AI responses or training outputs;
- Loss of Credits, data, or content uploaded to the Service;
- Service downtime, delays, or interruptions;
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses;
- Actions or inactions of third-party providers, APIs, or external websites scanned or referenced for AI training.
12.3. User Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI responses or information provided by the Service. AiFaqChat.com shall not be held liable for any financial, technical, legal, or reputational damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content or widget outputs.
12.4. Indemnification
By using the Service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiFaqChat.com and its contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of AI outputs, Credits, or widget functionality.
13. Third-Party Services & Integrations
AiFaqChat.com relies on certain third-party services and integrations to provide payment processing, AI training, chat/FAQ widget functionality, notifications, and other features within the Service. By using AiFaqChat.com, you acknowledge and agree that we do not control and are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of any third-party services.
13.1. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments for Credits are processed securely via trusted third-party providers, including supported payment providers and cryptocurrency gateways (BTC). By using these payment methods, you agree to be bound by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
13.2. Third-Party AI & Hosting Dependencies
AiFaqChat.com may rely on external AI services, APIs, hosting providers, or other network services to deliver AI training and chat/FAQ functionality. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any data or AI outputs obtained from third-party sources.
13.3. No Responsibility for Third-Party Failures
AiFaqChat.com shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or errors caused by third-party service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses. 14. Changes to Pricing & Billing
AiFaqChat.com reserves the right to modify pricing, billing methods, and credit costs at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes before they take effect.
14.1. Pricing Adjustments
Prices for Credits and other services may change over time due to operational costs or market conditions. Updated pricing will be published on the AiFaqChat.com website and reflected on your billing dashboard.
14.2. Advance Notifications
We will attempt to provide prior notice of at least 7 days before any price changes take effect. Notifications may be delivered via email, dashboard alerts, or both.
14.3. Credit-Based Billing
For accounts using Credits, your balance will decrease based on usage of the AI chat/FAQ features at the current rate. Updated credit consumption rates will be displayed on your dashboard. If you disagree with the new rates, you may stop using the Service at any time.
14.4. Disputes & Billing Support
If you believe there is an error in your billing charges, you must submit a ticket within 7 days of the charge date via: https://ticket.aifaqchat.com. We will review your request individually and provide an appropriate response.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
By using AiFaqChat.com, you acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided on an “as is” basis for informational and support purposes. These Terms define the rules under which you may use the Service.
15.1. Governing Principles
AiFaqChat.com operates as an online service without a registered business entity. You agree that these Terms shall be interpreted based on internationally accepted principles of online services usage and good-faith agreements between users and service providers.
15.2. Dispute Resolution Process

We will review your request individually and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. You agree that dispute resolution will be handled on a best-effort basis and outside of formal court procedures.
15.3. Limitation of Claims
Any claims or disputes related to your use of the Service must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed or considered.
15.4. Good Faith Agreement
By continuing to use AiFaqChat.com, you acknowledge that the Service is provided voluntarily and “as is.” You agree to act in good faith when resolving disputes and understand that our liability is strictly limited as described in Section 12 of these Terms.
16. Restricted Countries
AiFaqChat.com complies with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations and does not provide services to users located in or associated with countries, regions, or entities that are subject to U.S. trade sanctions or restrictions.
By using AiFaqChat.com, you confirm and guarantee that you are not located in, not a resident of, and not accessing the Service from any country or region currently under comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Cuba
- Russia
- Any other jurisdictions prohibited by OFAC or other applicable sanctions authorities
AiFaqChat.com reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are operating in violation of these restrictions.

18. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
By using AiFaqChat.com, you agree to use the Service responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, or distribution of malware.
